Founder & CEO
Cindy Eby is a disruptor when it comes to evaluation in the social sector and applies more than 20 years of international experience in guiding nonprofit organizations to build their capacity for using data. She graduated from the University of Denver with a Master’s Degree in Sociology in applied research, and her career experience has included leadership and advisory roles with organizations such as the Nurse-Family Partnership, Grantmakers for Effective Organizations, Mile High United Way, and the Center for Health Policy Research.

Decisions made without data don’t stand a chance in Kenzie Strong’s path. She operates from the belief that measurement should be practical, engaging, and meaningful. Kenzie’s 15-year background in program evaluation includes work with organizations such as Mile High United Way, Right To Play International, Save the Children USA, ActionAid International, and the Ministry of Education in the Marshall Islands. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Duke University and Bachelors in Finance from the University of Colorado-Boulder.
Marisol Cruz is known for creating leadership experiences that allow community members to take an active role in decision-making processes and for helping nonprofits establish effective and efficient evaluation practices. Dedicated to connecting with people on a personal level, she infuses fun into every relationship and learning experience she shares with our clients. Prior to joining our team Marisol enjoyed over seven years with Mile High United Way, focusing on program management and capacity building. She earned her Master of Public Health degree with the Colorado School of Public Health.
Bonnie Hernandez’s eye for effectiveness and efficiency is born from 15 years of experience on the inside of government and nonprofit organizations. As a consultant with our team, she finds patterns across programs and people, using them to demystify evaluation and build up organizations. Bonnie earned her Master’s Degree in Global Policy, Monitoring & Evaluation with The University of Texas at Austin, and acts on her passion to create equitable and healthy communities as a Big Brothers Big Sisters mentor and volunteer with Mile High Weimaraner Rescue.
Laura has been involved in strategy and evaluation work for over five years, working specifically to support the philanthropic and nonprofit sectors to realize their desired impact. Laura’s nontraditional path to systems strategy and evaluation helps provide her with a unique perspective and approach to work that facilitates action among changemakers. Prior to joining ResultsLab, Laura worked in a variety of advocacy-oriented organizations seeking better outcomes for disenfranchised populations. Her passion for in-depth analysis was fostered during her years in law school, where she sharpened a critical eye and inquisitive mindset toward her work. Laura received her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law and studied philosophy and religion at Wofford College.
As an Impact Associate Consultant, Corey supports organizations through a variety of ways including impact and measurement strategy design, data collection tool development, data analysis, data visualization, and data use best practices. Prior to joining ResultsLab, Corey served in a number of public and private sector roles related to management consulting, program management, development, and policy research. Corey’s passion is helping organizations add capacity by enabling them to understand and better utilize data to drive results. Corey earned a Bachelor of Art in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration with a focus in Public Policy from the E.J. Ourso College of Business at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Marketing and Operations Associate
Lindsay is a marketing professional with a passion in organizing people and processes. She brings a variety of technical and strategic skills, which she has developed through her experience working in community economic development, project management, and digital marketing. Lindsay graduated from the University of San Diego with a degree in Marketing, and acts on her passion to empower individuals and build community as a mentor at East High School and volunteer for Women’s Wilderness.
Danielle Cummings is passionate about harnessing the power of data to build more equitable, just, and effective systems and organizations. Danielle has over 8 years of experience in program evaluation and social policy research, working with community-based organizations, schools, foundations, and government agencies to generate insights from data and translate those insights into actionable practices and policies. Her approach integrates multiple tools and methods of inquiry to help changemakers strengthen their practice and bring value to their communities. She holds a master’s degree in public administration from New York University.
Senior Director of Business Development & Marketing
Jaclyn is committed to building stronger brands, strengthening partnerships and enhancing client experiences. She is a results-oriented executive with 15 years of experience in leading strategic marketing initiatives. She is data-driven, customer-focused and passionate about driving social change. Jaclyn earned a Master’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and has experience in agency, nonprofit and corporate sectors. She has held leadership roles at organizations such as the Economics Center, Luxottica, and Greater Cincinnati Foundation.
Caitlin is committed to the improvement of systems and standards. With a background in evaluation, anthropology, and public health, she works to build a more equitable society where all people may live fulfilling, healthy, and productive lives. In her prior consulting work, Caitlin has used both qualitative and quantitative research designs as well as community-based insights. Here, she aims to enable desired futures by facilitating data-driven decision making. Caitlin earned her Master of Public Service degree from the University of Arkansas’ Clinton School of Public Service focused on strategics planning and mixed-methods research design. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Texas Christian University.
