CINDY EBY
CEO & Founder
Cindy is a disruptor when it comes to evaluation in the social sector and applies more than 20 years of international experience in guiding nonprofit organizations to build their capacity for using data. She graduated from the University of Denver with a Master’s Degree in Sociology in applied research, and her career experience has included leadership and advisory roles with organizations such as the Nurse-Family Partnership, Grantmakers for Effective Organizations, Mile High United Way, and the Center for Health Policy Research.

KENZIE STRONG
VP, Impact Services
Decisions made without data don’t stand a chance in Kenzie path. She operates from the belief that measurement should be practical, engaging, and meaningful. Kenzie’s 15-years in program evaluation includes work with organizations such as Mile High United Way, Right To Play International, Save the Children USA, ActionAid International, and the Ministry of Education in the Marshall Islands. She has a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Duke University and Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Colorado-Boulder.

JACLYN SABLOSKY
Senior Director
Jaclyn works to build stronger brands, strengthen partnerships and enhance client experiences. She is a results-oriented executive with 15 years experience in strategic marketing initiatives. She is data-driven, customer-focused and passionate about driving social change. Jaclyn earned a Master’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and has experience in agency, nonprofit and corporate sectors. She’s held leadership roles at organizations such as the Economics Center, Luxottica, and Greater Cincinnati Foundation.

MARISOL CRUZ
Senior Consultant
Marisol is known for creating leadership experiences that allow community members to take an active role in decision-making processes and for helping nonprofits establish effective and efficient evaluation practices. Dedicated to connecting with people on a personal level, she infuses fun into every relationship and learning experience she shares with our clients. Prior to joining our team, Marisol enjoyed over seven years with Mile High United Way, focusing on program management and capacity building. She earned her Master of Public Health degree with the Colorado School of Public Health.

BONNIE HERNANDEZ
Senior Consultant
Bonnie eye for effectiveness and efficiency is born from 15 years of experience on the inside of government and nonprofit organizations. As a consultant with our team, she finds patterns across programs and people, using them to demystify evaluation and build up organizations. Bonnie earned her Master’s Degree in Global Policy, Monitoring & Evaluation with The University of Texas at Austin, and acts on her passion to create equitable and healthy communities as a Big Brothers Big Sisters mentor and volunteer with Mile High Weimaraner Rescue.

AGNÈS KABAMBI
Impact Consultant
Agnès commitment to supporting nonprofit evaluation capacity growth is grounded in community. Agnès has worked to challenge the cycle of ideological bias in community development projects by using the power of data to acknowledge and honor the complexities of lived experiences within oppressed communities. She partners with nonprofits, bringing technical and strategic skills to design and develop appropriate frameworks and systems for the implementation of effective monitoring and evaluation of programs. Agnès graduated from St. Catherine University with degrees in Economics and Critical Studies of Race and Ethnicity.

LINDSAY NASON
Marketing & Operations Associate
Lindsay has a passion for empowering others through storytelling and enhancing experiences. She optimizes operations, executes marketing plans and assists with client engagements. Lindsay brings a variety of technical and strategic skills, which she has developed through her experience working in community economic development, project management, and digital marketing. She graduated from the University of San Diego with a degree in Marketing and acts on her passion to empower individuals and build community as a mentor at East High School and volunteer for Women’s Wilderness.

DANIELLE CUMMINGS
Senior Consultant
Danielle is passionate about harnessing the power of data to build equitable and effective systems and organizations. She has 8+ years experience in program evaluation and social policy research, working with community-based organizations, schools, foundations, and government agencies to generate insights from data and translate those insights into actionable practices and policies. Her approach integrates multiple tools and methods of inquiry to help changemakers strengthen practice and bring value to communities. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from New York University.

Caitlin is committed to the improvement of systems and standards. Through experience in evaluation, anthropology, and public health, she works to build a more equitable society where all people live fulfilling, healthy, and productive lives. Caitlin uses both qualitative and quantitative research designs as well as community-based insights to enable data-driven decision making. Caitlin earned her Master of Public Service degree from the University of Arkansas focused on strategics planning and mixed-methods research design. She also holds a Bachelor’s in Anthropology from Texas Christian University.


CRISTINA GONZALEZ-AVRAM
Senior Consultant
Cristina has provided more than 15 years of research and programmatic support to nonprofit and governmental organizations. She brings expertise in program strategy and development, research and evaluation, and project management. She is passionate about organizational effectiveness and developing bottom-up approaches that address pressing social problems. Cristina holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Sciences and Policy from Northern Arizona University, a professional certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies and Sociology from the University of San Francisco.


COREY HIMES
Impact Associate Consultant
Corey supports organizations through a variety of ways including impact and measurement strategy design, data collection tool development, data analysis, data visualization, and data use best practices. Corey’s passion is helping organizations add capacity by enabling them to understand and better utilize data to drive results. He earned a Bachelor of Art in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration with a focus in Public Policy from the E.J. Ourso College of Business at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
