Our Expertise is Tested on the Ground

After more than 25 years of experience conducting evaluations and developing programs in more than 15 countries, we don’t operate on theory. We apply what we’ve learned supporting nonprofits, philanthropies, educational institutions, and government entities—we understand your work because we’ve done it.

Principles That Define Us

Bypass the Boundaries

We encourage moving beyond the boundaries boldly, creatively, and innovatively because we know the social sector needs new ways of operating to reach the impact we all strive to achieve.

Tireless pursuit of impact

We bring a spirit of tenacity to all that we do. With impact as our north star, we will do what it takes to help you to realize yours.

Simplify the Path

We reduce complexity with straightforward language and simple tools to maximize efficiency, learning, and impact.

Feet on the Ground

We know what it’s like to juggle a team, a funder, a board, and an aggressive mission without dropping the ball for your community. We will walk with you on this journey at your pace and on your turf.

Learn on the Journey

We live for those light bulb moments that happen when we fail forward – learning from our successes and our mistakes. By flipping the script on failure, we embody a culture of learning.

Our Team

“The team at ResultsLab is reliable and thorough. We also found them personable and easy to talk with.”
