This session will begin with understanding key elements of data-informed decision making, moving quickly into assessment of your own organizational practice, reflection and idea generation on how to move your practice forward. We will address your data values, current organizational mindset, case studies of peer organizations’ practice, and provide templates to drive your action plans. The session will utilize organizational self-assessment, participatory dialogue, and tools and frameworks needed to embrace data and build your culture of learning.
